SENIOR PROGRAM (19+) |
The CRC Senior Program trains rowers with the ultimate goal of winning races at local, regional, and national regattas. Training is daily, intense, and in a variety of shells from singles and doubles/pairs, to quads/fours and the big 8+. |
PROGRAM STRUCTURE |
NOVICE GROUP This program is for athletes that do not know how to row in a single Once comfortable in a single, Novices will either move to the Development Program or Competitive Program. Novices will be assessed on their skills in a racing single before moving onto the development or competitive program. Athletes have 3 coached on-water practices a week. |
DEVELOPMENT GROUP This program is for athletes who know how to row a single and are looking to continue to develop their skills on and off the water. Athletes have 3 coached on-water practices a week. |
COMPETITIVE GROUP This program is for athletes who can row a full practice in a racing single and are looking to train to compete. Athletes in this program will participate in local and regional regattas. Athletes have 5 coached on-water practices a week. | ![]() |
HIGH-PERFORMANCE GROUP This program is for athletes looking to train to win. Athletes in this program will participate in local, regional, and national regattas. Athletes have 6 coached on-water practices a week. |
