HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP
Who: For athletes aged 14-18 years with no prior rowing experience and with high performance background (or aspirations)
Camp Goal: To teach athletes how to row in most rowing shells and quickly get them comfortable in a boat to be able to progress into the Junior program or a University/Adult program
Progression:
Throughout the 5 days, focus will be set on:
- Rowing machine (erg) technique
- Rowing on-water (sweep and scull)
- Learning to row in a single and crew boats
Duration: The camp will run Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 12:00PM
Cost: The cost of the program is $235 + GST and processing fee

Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations will be accepted up to five business days before the start of class and are subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds or changes will be permitted in the five business days before the start of class. All covid-19 related cancellations will receive a full refund.
