What to Expect |
Weekday LTR4 x 2hr sessions Monday/Wednesday OR Tuesday/Thursday 10 AM - 12PM Session 1: Indoor rowing technique, boat handling, and boat safety. Take a boat down to the water and practice our balance and newfound rowing skills in tubbie singles. Session 2: Revisit rowing technique and continue developing on-water rowing skills. Session 3 & 4: Practice rowing skills on the water. | Weekend LTR2 x 3hr sessions Saturday & Sunday 1-4 PM Session 1, Part 1: Indoor rowing technique, boat handling, and boat safety. Take a boat down to the water and practice our balance and newfound rowing skills in tubbie singles. Session 1, Part 2: Revisit rowing technique and continue developing on-water rowing skills. Session 2: Practice rowing skills on the water. |
